Attention realtors! OneTwo Photography is now available for real estate photography in the Greater Hamilton area.
Why hire a traditional portrait photographer for real estate you ask? Well what’s made OneTwo a successful portrait studio is an eye for creativity. This translates well in the real estate world as your listings will have a creative and unique touch which will stand out among the thousands of uninspired basic MLS listings. This unique touch will allow potential buyers to truly see themselves in your listing.
While based in Hamilton, accommodations can be made for properties in the west GTA from Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington.
Packages & Rates
BASIC: Suitable for any apartment or condo, typically up to 2 bedrooms.
PLUS: The most popular option. Suitable for a 2-4 bedroom home, it includes up to 20 images and an edited walk through video.
PREMIUM: For large estates, typically 5 or more bedrooms. Includes up to 30 images and an edited walk through video
Included with your images is a skillfully edited walk through video. OneTwo’s background in the film industry will once again provide a unique touch to your listing giving it a professional and cinematic feel.
Licensed Drone Operator
Also available is sought after drone footage. In today’s real estate landscape, most listings thrive when aerial footage is included. A bird’s eye view gives potential buyers a unique and intimate perspective of the property and surrounding neighborhood. Drone footage is a $150 add-on to any of the above mentioned packages. This includes both still images and video.
OneTwo Photography is registered with Transport Canada and is licensed to perform operations in most geographical areas. This means you can hire OneTwo with confidence and not worry about any fines in relation to unauthorized drone usage. OneTwo is currently working toward full advanced licensing which will provide service to all geographical locations, including near airports. Stay tuned for updates!
